Seven Elm redesigned and, for three years, art directed the university’s triannual alumni magazine and gave its companion website a complete design overhaul. Work included conceptualizing and commissioning illustration-based covers as well as interior contributions from such top artists as Christoph Niemann, Philip Burke, Owen Smith, and the Heads of State. Together with design, these works led to Excellence in Design awards from both the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and Association Media & Publishing, as well as recognition from the Society of Publication Designers and industry watchdog Coverjunkie.
